John James Cosentino has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His proven abilities cover a vast range of roles, including quantity surveying, project management, tender and cost estimation, site management, structural and civil design, architectural design and property development. John is accomplished in all types of industrial, commercial and domestic construction. With such a broad capacity,

John excels in managing entire projects through each phase of its design and construction. From applications and negotiations with council, to coordination with consultants, construction methodologies, execution of site works and finally through to project handover, John’s meticulous attention to detail is evident in each stage and is further complemented by his honest and easy-going nature. John and his team offer a complete professional package that delivers exceptional results for his clients.

Daniel Cook is a fully qualified Structural Engineer with 12 years’ experience in structural and civil design. Daniel’s keen abilities in problem-solving, decision-making and project management soon led him to the team at Cbld. He has proven his capabilities with the successful management and construction of a number of commercial, industrial and domestic projects.

Daniel brings a unique engineering perspective to each project. His design experience allows him to find the balance between cost- efficiency, build-ability and structural integrity, and to resolve many on- site challenges without delay.

Daniel follows a process in decision-making that is both rigorous and resourceful. Necessary facts are found and every avenue assessed before a decision is made. Be assured that the management of your project will be strategic and thorough, ensuring a successful and smooth completion.

Tony Vanbrussel has spent last 12 years employed in numerous site management roles on commercial, residential, council, and health care projects ranging in value of $2 M - $12 M. Having joined in Cbld in 2019, he has proven the technical knowledge to build efficiently and safely by maintaining high quality standards to deliver the project within the budget constraints and timeframe.

He works with all subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered in full and to practical completion timelines. In many cases, Tony is able to use his hands-on knowledge and expertise to assist in delivering projects to schedule and with a high level of client satisfaction. With the range of experience and knowledge gained from working on various construction projects in the past 20+ years, Tony is supporting Cbld in our next phase of growth and expansion. Tony’s experience includes council projects, such as the Dandenong North Menzies Hall refurbishment, Kensington Community Childcare, Rosebud Hospital and Laurel Lodge Heritage Hill Museum. Tony is an excellent site manager and is able to work with clients, subcontractors and all stakeholders to deliver projects in a constructive manner.

Vince has been involved in the industry for 18 years, in areas of commercial, industrial and residential construction. His experience encompasses a vast array of roles including site planning, OH&S implementation and document control supervision, project management, tender preparation, cost estimation, program with such a platform of experience,

Vince brings a broad perspective to Cbld. This is evident in the strategic advice he provides, and the integration and continual improvement of our construction, management and quality assurance systems. Vince brings a balanced approach to quality control, with both practical realism and the upholding of all regulations, OH&S and ethical standards. With a sound company structure in place Cbld will continue to conduct their business in a manner that is transparent, trustworthy and in accordance with all relevant industry requirements.

Ross has over 30 years’ experience in structural design consultancy and management, and brings a strategic perspective to Cbld. Ross has a natural drive to develop and advance, and coupled with his broad and sustained career in consultancy, is able to provide insights and progressions that continually develop and refine the team at Cbld. Ross is currently a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia and is a Building Practitioner in Civil Engineering.

Tim Haworth has spent 9 years employed in Site management and Project management roles. Tim Has gained experience in aged care, hospitals, schools and multi storey residential apartment projects. Having recently joined Cbld, Tim uses his technical knowledge to build safely, efficiently to a high standard and deliver projects within budget constraints and tight time frames.

Tim is able to manage large subcontractor groups to ensure projects are delivered to practical completion timelines. Tim uses progressive building methodologies to deliver ahead of schedule. His ability to ensure all subcontractors deliver to scope leads to an efficient and controlled delivery of projects.

With the range of experience and knowledge gained from working on more than $700m of construction projects in the past 8 years, we are excited to have Tim supporting Cbld in our next stage of growth and expansion.

Mark is an experienced site manager known for his strong work ethic and diverse skill set. He excels in concreting, carpentry, landscaping, tiling, waterproofing, and machine operating. Mark holds a current tower crane ticket, personnel and material hoist ticket, forklift truck ticket, and a heavy combination driver's license. With unwavering commitment to quality, he ensures that every task, regardless of size, meets the high standards set by Cbld.

Cbld is proud to have Jilda on board as an experienced and highly skilled member of our team. With over 20 years of experience in a highly aesthetic and detail-oriented industry, Jilda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Jilda's focus on delivering quality outcomes and clear communication has made her an asset to our team, as she consistently delivers projects efficiently and to a high standard. Her attention to detail and consideration of feature elements ensure that every project is thoughtfully planned and executed.

Recently, Jilda has been appointed to head our design team, which is a testament to her exceptional skills and leadership abilities. Her contributions to Cbld's design projects over the last three years have been significant, and her expertise in design and project management make her a valuable asset to the team.

With her vast experience and expertise, Jilda is a natural leader who inspires her team to deliver exceptional results. Clients highly regard her attention to open and honest communication.

Ellie is an experienced and creative interior designer and architectural drafter with a diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, and an advanced diploma in Building Design (Architectural). She has been a valuable member of the Cbld team since 2019, where she has contributed to the design of office fit-outs and residential homes. Her previous experience in kitchen design has also allowed her to create stunning and functional spaces for clients.

Ellie is a skilled communicator who works collaboratively with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. With her passion for design and eye for detail, Ellie is an asset to any project team.
